GaAs substrate) light emitting diode chip.
z Electrostatic discharge and power surge could damage
the LEDs.
z It is recommended to use a wrist band or anti-
electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs.
z All devices, equipment and machinery must be electri
cally grounded.
