DESCRIPTION
The MP 6532 is a gate driver IC designed for t hree-phase brushless DC motor driver ap plications. It is capable of driving th ree half bridges consisting of six N-ch annel power MOSFETs up to 60V. The MP65 32 integrates a regulated charge pump t o generate gate drive power, and uses a bootstrap capacitor to generate a supp ly voltage for the high-side MOSFET dri ver. An internal trickle-charge circuit maintains sufficient highside gate dri ver voltage even when an output is oper ated at 100% duty cycle Internal protec tion features . |
