1_00 This IC is a protection IC for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, which includes temperature protection circuits, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits, and delay circuits.
Temperature protection is possible by connecting an NTC thermistor to the dedicated connection pin.
It is suitable for protecting 4-serial or 5-serial cell lithium-ion rechargeable battery packs from overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent.
