The NCP304 and NCP305 series are second generation ultra−low current voltage detectors. These devices are specifica lly designed for use as reset controlle rs in portable microprocessor based sys tems where extended battery life is par amount. Each series features a highly a ccurate undervoltage detector with hyst eresis which prevents erratic system re set operation as the comparator thresho ld is crossed.
