Description
The CXG1198AEQ i s one of a range of low insertion loss, high power MMIC antenna switches for G SM/UMTS dual-mode handset. The low inse rtion loss serves to extend the handset talk time. The switch also contains on -chip logic circuits and built-in dual- LPF on GSM transmit paths for suppressi on of transmitter harmonics. The dual-L PF is mounted on the lead frame and ena bles the reduction of component count a nd simple PCB layout. (Applications: GS M (Triple/Quad band)/UMTS (Dual band) d ual-mode handset) Features Low heig ht (1. 3mm Max. ) . |
