The r elay is a solid-stat e r eplacement f or single pole, normally-open, (1 Form A) electromechanical relays.
The ASSR-1611 c onsists of an AlG aAs infra red light-emitting diode (LED ) input stage optically c oupled to a highvoltage output detector circuit.
The detector consists of a high-speed photovoltaic diode arra y and driv er circuitry to switch on/off two discrete high v oltage MOSFETs.
