This specifications applies to a color TFT-LCD module, LQ150X1DG91.

This module is a color active matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT (Thin Film
Transistor). It is composed of a color TFT-LCD panel, driver ICs, control circuit, power supply circuit and a
back light unit. Graphics and texts can be displayed 1024 3 768 dots on a panel with 262,144 colors by
supplying 36 bit data signals(6 bit 2pixel RGB), four timing signals, +5V DC supply voltage for TFT-LCD
panel driving and supply voltage for back light .
It is a wide viewing-angle-module (Vertical viewing angle:130 Horizontal viewing angle:140 ).
Input signal timing conform with 75Hz mode of VESA standard.
