1.概述
MG87FE/L52 是一颗 8 位的单片机,它的指令集完全兼容工业标准的 80C51 系列的单片机。有 8K
字节的闪存程序空间和 256 字节的数据存储空间,为芯片提供了广泛的应用领域。在线编程功能使用
户更方便更新程序和数据。芯片的一个机器周期可以为 6 个或者 12 个机器周期。芯片有 36 IO 口(包
4 8 IO 1 4 IO)、3 16 位的定时器/计数器、8 4 级优先级的中断源、一个增强型
UART 以及一个内部 RC 振荡器。
