The fast propagation delay with excellent timing skew performance enables excellent timing control and efficiency.
This full feature optocoupler comes in a compact, surfacemountable SO-16 package for space-savings, is suitable for traction power train inverter, power converter, battery charger, air-conditioner and oil pump motor drives in HEV and EV applications.
