00 November 3, 2009 The Intersil ISL54066 device is a low ON-resistance, high off-isolation, low voltage, dual single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch.
It was designed to operate from a single +1.
8V to +6.
5V supply and can pass signals that swing down to 6.
5V below the positive supply rail.
Targeted applications include battery powered equipment that benefit from low rON (1 high off-isolation (80dB) and fast switching speeds (tON = 40ns, tOFF = 30ns).
The digital logic input is 1.
8V logic-compatible when using a single +3V supply.
The ISL54066 incorporates a T-switch architecture.
This approach results in excellent signal off-isolation while retaining a low impedance signal path when switches are ON.
