LOW INPUT CURRENT PHOTOTRANSISTOR OPTOCOUPLERS MCT5200 Description The MCT52XX series consists of a high-efﬁciency AlGaAs, infrared emitting diode, coupled with an NPN phototransistor in a six pin dual-in-line package.
