NJU7665 Series SMALL PACKAGE VOLTAGE INVERTER ■ GENERAL DESCRIPTION The NJU7665 series is a voltage inverter incorporated RC oscillator, pre-buffer and power-MOS, which generates a polarity-converted negative voltage from +1.
