Description
The SKY65174-21 is a highly integrated Power Amplifier Module (PAM) intended for high performance Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) requiring up to +27 dBm linear output power.
The SKY65174-21 is fabricated using Skyworks high reliability Heterojunction Bipolar
Transistor (HBT) InGaP process, which allows for single supply operation while maintaining high efficiency and good linearity.
