Overview
® RT5028D PMIC for Industrial Application General Description The RT5028D is a highly-integrated low-power highperformance analog SOC with PMIC in one single chip designed for Industrial applications.
The RT5028D includes four synchronous step-down DC/ DC converters and eight LDOs for system power.
The RT5028D also embeds one EEPROM (MTP) for setting sequence and timing etc.
Additionally, the RT5028D PMIC also includes one IRQ report.
Applications  Industrial Ordering Information RT5028D Package Type QW : WQFN-56L 7x7 (W-Type) Lead Plating System G : Green (Halogen Free and Pb Free) Note : Richtek products are :  RoHS compliant and compatible with the current requirements of IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020.
