3 MAP3249 4-channel LED Driver for High Brightness LEDs General Description Features MAP3249 is a 4-channel LED driver optimized for LED  5V to 28V Input Voltage Range backlight application targeting mid and large size LCD  Drive up to 4 Channels module.
MAP3249 uses the boost MOSFET externally  60V FB Pin Voltage and 4-channel current sources internally for driving high  0.
4V Headroom Voltage brightness White LEDs.
 200mA Output Current per Channel MAP3249 has 60V absolute Max.
rating FB pins and  Programmable Boost Switching Frequency input voltage is ranged from 8.
5V ~ 28V and max LED  (100KHz ~ 500KHz) current is 200mA per channel.
 LED Current Set by both MAP3249 has internal soft-start and various  PWM and External DC Voltage protections like output over-voltage, LED short/open,  Unused Channel Detection open schottky diode, UVLO and thermal shutdown.
 Boost Over Current Protection MAP3249 has an unused channel detection function to  Output Over Voltage Protection not boost the output voltage to OVP at start-up.
 LED Short / Open Protection MAP3249 is available 16 leads SOIC and E-TSSOP  Schottky Diode Open Protection with Halogen-free (fully RoHS compliant).
