NJG1800NB2 High Isolation X-SPDT (DP4T) SWITCH I GENERAL DESCRIPTION The NJG1800NB2 is a GaAs X (cross) – SPDT (DP4T) switch MMIC, which is designed for switching of balanced (differential) dual band filters.
