SGM4582 High Voltage, CMOS Analog Multiplexer GENERAL DESCRIPTION The SGM4582 is a high voltage, CMOS analog IC configured as two 4-channel multiplexers.
This CMOS device can operate from ±1.
8V to ±5.
5V dual power supplies or from +3.
6V to +11V single supplies.
Each switch can handle rail-to-rail analog signals.
The off-leakage current is only 10nA at +25℃.
All digital inputs have 0.
