1_03 The S-8250B Series is a protection IC for 1-cell lithium-ion / lithium polymer rechargeable batteries and includes high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits.
The S-8250B Series is suitable for protecting 1-cell lithium-ion / lithium polymer rechargeable battery packs from overcharge, overdischarge and overcurrent.
By adjusting power supply voltage dependency of discharge overcurrent detection voltage in accordance with ON resistance of the charge-discharge control FET, the S-8250B Series realizes high-accuracy discharge overcurrent detection.
