Overview
MOTOROLA SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNICAL DATA MPA17000 Serial EPROMs The MPA17128 and MPA1765 are serial OTP EPROMs.
They provide a compact, low pin count, non–volatile configuration store for the MPA1000 devices.
MPA17000 devices can be cascaded for increased memory capacity when needed.
They are available in the standard 8–pin plastic DIP (P suffix), 8–pin SOIC (D suffix) and 20–pin PLCC (FN suffix) packages.
