23, 2014 GENERAL DESCRIPTION ML610407/ML610408/ML610409 is a high performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller into which peripheral circuits, such as the synchronous serial port, UART, melody driver, RC oscillation type A/D converter, and LCD driver, are incorporated around LAPIS Semiconductor-original 8-bit CPU nX-U8/100.
ML610407/ML610408/ML610409 operates in both high/low-speed mode and power-saving mode, it is most suitable for battery operated products.
For industrial use, ML610407P/ML610408P/ML610409P with the extended operating ambient temperature ranging from -40°C to 85°C are available.
