LN6214 500mA Low Dropout CMOS Voltage Regulators ■ General Description  Small packages: SOT-89-3,SOT-26 The LN6214 series are highly precise, low power consumption, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies.
The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage.
