0 NMOS 8-BIT MICROPROCESSOR The Fujitsu MBl8088 is a new generation, high performance microprocessor implemented in N·channel, depletion load, silicon gate technology (NMOS), and packaged in a 40-pin ceramic or plastic DIP.
The processor has attributes of both 8- and l6·bit microprocessors.
It is directly compatible with MB l 8086 software and Intel 8080/8085 hardware and peripherals.
