The CMD158C4 is ideally suited for EW and communications systems where small size and low power consumption are needed.
The broadband device delivers 21 dB of gain and +21 dBm saturated output power at 24 % PAE from a single 5 V supply.
The CMD158C4 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
