The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION The MPM3630 is a synchronous rectified, stepdown module regulator with built-in power MOSFETs, inductor, and two capacitors.
It offers a very compact solution to achieve a 3A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range.
The MPM3630 has a 1.

Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown (TSD).
