0 Over-Voltage Protection Load Switch with Surge Protection Features General Description  Surge protection The AW32405 OVP load switch features surge  IEC 61000-4-5: ±100V  Integrated low Rdson nFET switch: typical 13mΩ protection, an internal clamp circuit protects the device from surge voltages up to ±100V.
