com Vishay Siliconix 10 pA, Ultra Low Leakage and Quiescent Current, Load Switch with Reverse Blocking DESCRIPTION The SiP32431 and SiP32432 are ultra low leakage and quiescent current slew rate controlled high side switches with reverse blocking capability.
The switches are of a low on resistance p-channel MOSFET that supports continuous current up to 1.
