LD0 Regulator with RESET and Delay Time Select, Ultra Low Iq, 150 mA NCV8760C The NCV8760C is a precision ultra low Iq low dropout voltage regulator.
Quiescent currents as low as 18 mA typical make it ideal for automotive applications requiring low quiescent current.
Integrated control features such as Reset and Delay Time Select make it ideal for powering microprocessors.
