DESCRIPTION The MP4541 is a high-efficiency, synchronous step-down converter with integrated power MOSFETs.

The MP4541 features constant-on-time (COT) control, which provides fast transient response and facilitates loop stabilization.
The configurable operation frequency can be set between 100kHz and 1MHz via an external resistor.
