DATA SHEET MOS INTEGRATED CIRCUIT µPD75P068 4 BIT SINGLE-CHIP MICROCOMPUTER The µPD75P068 is produced by replacing the internal mask ROM of the µPD75068 with a one-time PROM in which data can be written once.
The following user's manual describes the details of the functions of the µPD75P068.

µPD75068 User's Manual: IEU-1366 FEATURES • Compatible with the µPD75068 • Can be replaced with the µPD75068 containing mask ROM on a full-production basis.
