9 GHz CDMA Upmixer/Exciter The MRFIC1854A is an integrated upmixer and exciter amplifier designed specifically for PCS CDMA digital cellular radios.
The exciter amplifier incorporates a temperature compensated linear gain control and selectable bias to reduce power consumption.
The design utilizes Motorola’s RF BiCMOS1 process to yield superior performance in a cost effective monolithic device.
