com CUBIT-Pro Device CellBusTM Bus Switch TXC-05802 DATA SHEET FEATURES DESCRIPTION CUBIT-ProTM is a single-chip solution for implementing • UTOPIA and 16-Bit (ATM or PHY) Layer cell incost effective ATM access systems.
It is based on the terfaces CellBusTM Bus Architecture (CellBus).
Such systems are • Inlet-side address translation and routing header constructed from a number of CUBIT-Pro devices, all insertion, using external SRAM of up to 256 kB interconnected by a 37-line common bus, the CellBus • Programmable OAM-cell and RM-cell routing bus.
When operating at a 38 MHz clock rate, a CellBus • CellBus bus access request, grant reception and bus system can handle 1 Gbit/s of net ATM cell bandbus transmission width.
CUBIT-Pro supports unicast and multicast trans• CellBus bus cell reception and address recognifers, and has all necessary functions for implementing a tion switch: cell address translation, cell routing, and outlet • Outlet cell queuing: various modes cell queuing.
