cosmo KTLP160J Series 4PIN MINI-FLAT RANDOM-PHASE TRIAC DRIVER PHOTOCOUPLER  Description The KTLP160J series consist of a GaAs infrared  Schematic emitting diode optically coupled to a on-zero-crossing 1 silicon bilateral AC switch (TRIAC).
