ONE-CELL LI-ION BATTERY PROTECTION IC FEATURES z z z Ideal for One-Cell Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery Packs GENERAL DESCRIPTION z z z The AAT8661 series are designed to protect one-cell rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack against High Accuracy Voltage Detection over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and Low Current Consumption: short circuit.
They use CMOS process to provide 3μA Supply Current (Typical) high accuracy voltage detection and low current consumption.
