SMALL OUTLINE OPTOCOUPLERS TRANSISTOR OUTPUT MOC205-M DESCRIPTION These devices consist of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon phototransistor detector, in a surface mountable, small outline, plastic package.
