At 200 MHz, the WJA1515 typically provides 15 dB gain, +38 dBm OIP3, and +19 dBm P1dB.
The device is housed in a lead-free/green/RoHS-compliant SOT-89 industry-standard SMT package using a NiPdAu plating to eliminate the possibility of tin whiskering.
