FUJITSU SEMICONDUCTOR DATA SHEET DS07-13604-2E 16-bit Proprietary Microcontroller CMOS F2MC-16L MB90660A Series MB90662A/663A/P663A s DESCRIPTION MB90660A series microcontrollers are 16-bit microcontrollers optimized for high speed realtime processing of consumer equipment and system control of air conditioner video cameras, VCRs, and copiers.
Based on the F2MC*-16 CPU core, an F2MC-16L is used as the CPU.
This CPU includes high-level language-support instructions and robust task switching instructions, and additional addressing modes.
Microcontrollers in this series have built-in peripheral resources including multi-function timers, 16-bit reload timer four channels, 8-bit PWM one channel, UART one channel, 10-bit A/D eight converter channels, and external interrupt eight channels.
