Rth(j-a): Thermal resistance from the LED junction to ambient temperature Note 2: This LED has a relatively large (mid-range) operating power.
When it is mounted in a narrow space or together with other components, they have mutual effects on their thermal characteristics; most notably, Rth(j-a) affects their junction temperatures.
Therefore, care should be exercised to thermal management and PCB selection.
