Outline and Device Characteristics The TMP93PW40 is OTP type MCU which includes 128-Kbyte One-time PROM.
Using the adapter-socket, you can write and verify the data for TMP93PW40.
TMP93PW40 has the same pin-assignment with TMP93CW40 (Mask ROM type) .
Writing the program to built-in PROM, the TMP93PW40 operates as the same way with TMP93CW40.
