The AIC6186 integrates dual 85m high-side power switches for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications.
It operates with inputs ranging from 2.

The protection includes current limiting with fold-back, short circuit and thermal shutdown under over-current occurs.
