This very high density proces s has been especially tailored to minim ize on-state resistance and provide sup erior switching performance. These devi ces are particularly suited for low vol tage applications such as DC/DC convert ers and other battery powered circuits where fast switching, low in-line power loss, and resistance to transients are needed.
