DESCRIPTION The ST8009 is a 96-output segment/common driver IC suitable for driving small/medium scale dot matrix LCD panels, and is used in PDA or electronic dictionary.
The ST8009 is good as a segment driver, a common driver or a common/segment driver, and it can create low power consumption, high-resolution LCD.
The ST8009 have eight modes can selected to set common and segment numbers by selecting register.
The ST8009 also have analog DC/DC converter to use.
Low-power liquid crystal display power supply circuit equipped internally.
