DESCRIPTION The ST8012 is a 120-output segment/common driver IC suitable for driving small/medium scale dot matrix LCD panels, and is used in PDA or electronic dictionary.
The ST8012 is good as a segment driver or a common driver or a common/segment driver, and it can create a low power consuming, high-resolution LCD.
The ST8012 have eight modes can selected to set common and segment numbers by select pin.
The ST8012 Low-power liquid crystal display power supply circuit equipped internally.
Booster circuit (with Boost ratio of 2X/3X/4X/5X/6X) Abundant command functions LCD bias set, electronic volume, VSS voltage regulation internal resistor ratio and booster frequency.
