Overview
NCP4620 150 mA, 10 V, Low Dropout Regulator The NCP4620 is a CMOS Linear voltage regulator with 150 mA output current capability.
The device is capable of operating with input voltages up to 10 V, with high output voltage accuracy and low temperature−drift coefficient.
The NCP4620 is easy to use, with output current fold−back protection and a thermal shutdown circuit included.
A Chip Enable function is included to save power by lowering supply current.
