Overview
NCP4625 300 mA, 10 V, Low Dropout Regulator The NCP4625 is a CMOS Linear voltage regulator with 300 mA output current capability.
The device is capable of operating with input voltages up to 10 V, with high output voltage accuracy and low temperature−drift coefficient.
The NCP4625 is easy to use, with output current fold−back protection and a thermal shutdown circuit included.
A Chip Enable function is included to save power by lowering supply current.
